practice with me,
wherever you are
If you can’t join in person, you’re still very welcome. In live online classes I guide you step by step, just like in the studio.
I observe, adjust, and support you throughout the session so you don’t feel lost or left on your own.
You won’t just be following a video.
You’ll be practicing together.
This is for you if:
You’re not based nearby
Your schedule doesn’t match in-person classes
You travel often
You prefer practicing from home
Classes are organized based on your time zone, so you can join comfortably from wherever you are.
Just share your time zone and availability, and I’ll place you in a small group with others in a similar schedule.
a few things you might be thinking
-
Yes, absolutely. You do not need any previous experience to begin. I will guide you gently and support you in a way that feels comfortable for your body and your level.
-
Iyengar Yoga is the foundation of my teaching. I also teach traditional Hatha and Ashtanga classes, as well as Chair Yoga when needed, but all of them are guided by Iyengar principles, with a focus on alignment, precision, and the thoughtful use of props to support different bodies safely and comfortably.
-
Of course. You do not need to be flexible to start. That comes gradually with practice, and I will support you step by step along the way.
-
Yes, I do. Props are often used to make the practice feel more supported, comfortable, and accessible for different bodies and needs.
-
Yes, very much so. Especially in Chair Yoga, the practice is designed to offer more support while still helping you move, strengthen, and feel more comfortable in your body.
