know me better
My Background & Approach
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years, working with a wide range of bodies and abilities. Over time, this has shaped a very precise and adaptable way of teaching.
My formal training includes a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification, along with several years as a senior teacher’s assistant. This experience allowed me to work closely with students and deepen my understanding of alignment, sequencing, and how to truly support each person in practice.
While I’ve studied and taught Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, Iyengar Yoga is the foundation of my teaching. My focus is on alignment, precision, and the intelligent use of props to make the practice safe, clear, and accessible.
In my classes, it’s not about performance. It’s about understanding your body, moving with awareness, and building something sustainable over time.
Why I Teach Yoga
I was first drawn to yoga through a curiosity about the body, how it moves, how it holds tension, and how small changes can make a big difference.
Over time, that curiosity became something deeper.
I began to see that yoga is not just about movement, but about awareness. The way you stand, breathe, and pay attention can change how your body feels, and even how your mind settles.
That’s what keeps me connected to this work.
What I enjoy most is seeing that moment when something shifts for a student. When movement becomes easier, pain softens, or something finally makes sense in their body.
My intention is simple:
to help you feel more comfortable in your body, more clear in your movement, and more connected to yourself.
Who My Classes Are For
My classes are designed to be accessible for all levels.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have years of experience, I guide the practice step by step so you can feel supported and confident in what you’re doing.
I work with many different people, including those with injuries, stiffness, limited mobility, or specific physical conditions. The practice is always adapted to your body, not the other way around. Props, modifications, and careful guidance are part of every class, so you never feel like you have to “keep up” or push beyond what feels right.
You don’t need to be flexible to begin.
You don’t need experience.
You just need a willingness to start.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported, so you can move at your own pace and build strength, awareness, and ease over time.
